Yes. LumaNest is made after you order. Choose one of 11 size/module configurations and 20 chenille colours. Confirm final measurements and the table module for your chosen layout before ordering.
Is the arrival window guaranteed?
Production and transit times depend on your configuration and destination. Contact us with your country, postcode and any deadline before ordering for the current estimate. Transit dates are estimates.
Can I change, cancel or return my custom order?
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your order. Cancellation is possible before production begins; cancellation refunds are unavailable once production has started. Read our refund policy for full terms.
What if I need help after delivery?
Inspect the sofa when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or not working as expected, contact hello@couchery.com promptly with your order number and clear photos or video so we can assess it and help.

Choose a total length from 200 to 360 cm. Two-module layouts: 200, 220, 240 or 260 cm. Three-module Table Lounge layouts: 240, 260, 280, 300, 320, 340 or 360 cm.
Approximate overall depth 101–150 cm (39.8–59.1 in), seat depth 62–110 cm (24.4–43.3 in), seat height 42 cm (16.5 in), overall height 90 cm (35.4 in). The supplied diagram also marks a 55 cm back/seat reference.
