How fast will my order arrive, and where does it ship from?

This set is in stock in our US warehouse and ships straight to your door — no overseas wait and no customs. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after you order.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

The set ships in 3 separate boxes, and they may arrive on different days. That's normal — your order is complete once all three have been delivered.

Is there any assembly?

Yes, light assembly. The seven pieces — two corner sections and four armless middle seats — snap together with built-in anti-slip clasps into an L, a U, two separate sofas, or single chairs. No special tools needed, and the clasps pull free in seconds whenever you want to rearrange.

Why do the cushions look thin when I unbox them?

The cushions ship vacuum-compressed to save space. They regain their full thickness within a day or two of unpacking — 4 inches on the seats and 7.1 inches on the backs.

Can it stay outside year-round?

The structure is built for it: all-weather PE wicker hand-woven over a powder-coated steel frame on T-shaped steel legs, made to resist rain, sun, and humidity without rusting, sagging, or fading. The cushion covers are UV- and stain-resistant 180 g/m² outdoor fabric. To get the most life out of the cushions, store the covers indoors over winter or during heavy weather.

What's included, and how many people does it seat?

Seven pieces: two corner sofas, four armless middle sofas, and one glass-and-wicker coffee table. It comfortably seats six, and each seat is rated to hold up to 400 lb (the table holds up to 220 lb).

How do I clean and care for it?

Every cushion cover zips off and is machine-washable, so spills and pollen wipe away. Wipe the wicker down with mild soap and water as needed.

What if a piece arrives damaged or defective?

This set includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@couchery.com with a photo and we'll make it right. Domestic US returns are free.

Is this furniture suitable for leaving outside?

Our outdoor sets use all-weather materials such as PE (resin) wicker over powder-coated metal frames, designed to handle sun and rain. For the longest life, cover or store the cushions when they are not in use, and check each product page for its specific weather guidance.

Are the cushion covers washable?

On most sets the cushion covers zip off for easy cleaning. Check the individual product page to confirm the covers are removable on that model.

Can I rearrange the outdoor sofa sets?
