The price you see is the final price—there are no hidden fees, no additional taxes, and no import duties. We make it easy for you to plan and purchase with complete confidence.
Production Time
- Recliner Chairs: Ready in approximately 1 week.
- Couches: Ready in approximately 1-2 weeks.
Once your order is ready, we’ll proceed with shipping to your location.
Ready-to-Ship Items
If you choose an item that is marked as "ready in stock", it can be shipped immediately! This means faster delivery and no waiting for production.

Packaging

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the entire journey of your order. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier's website to stay updated on its status. (Courier company name will be provided later).
Warranty & 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your default design chair or couch, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that customized designs are non-returnable. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
