Frequently asked questions
How fast does US-stock outdoor furniture ship?
Items in this collection are held in Couchery's US warehouse, usually dispatched the next business day, and delivered with free shipping in 2–7 business days depending on your state. You receive a tracking number once your order ships. The 7-piece wicker sectional ships in 3 boxes that may arrive on different days; your order is complete once all three are delivered.
Does this outdoor furniture ship outside the US?
No. US Stock items ship to US addresses only. Outside the US, Couchery's made-to-order furniture ships free worldwide, with about 1 week of production and 2–4 weeks of delivery after production.
Does the outdoor furniture need assembly?
Yes, light or simple home assembly is required. Most pieces ship flat-packed to protect them in transit, and the 7-piece wicker sectional's modules snap together with built-in clasps.
Can these pieces stay outside all year?
The wicker sets use all-weather PE wicker over powder-coated steel, and the conversation set has a powder-coated, rust-resistant frame. For the longest life, the product pages recommend bringing cushions or covers indoors in heavy rain and covering or storing the set over winter. The acacia and eucalyptus pieces keep their warm tone with teak oil once or twice a year; untreated, they weather to silver-grey.
