What is included in the price?
One fixed-price swatch order contains your choice of 1 to 5 fabric or leather samples. Choosing fewer than 5 does not change the pack price. The price shown follows your selected store currency.
Where do you deliver, and how long will it take?
Standard delivery is free worldwide. Samples ship separately from sofas. Arrival timing depends on your destination; email hello@couchery.com with your country and postcode for an estimate before ordering. Tracking details are provided when the order ships.
Can I return the samples or get the fee back with a sofa?
Yes, the fee comes back with a sofa: order your sofa afterwards and we credit the US$40 back on your sofa order. Otherwise swatch packs are final sale and change-of-mind returns and refunds are not offered. If your samples arrive damaged or incorrect, contact hello@couchery.com so we can help. This does not affect applicable statutory rights.
Can every material be used on every sofa?
Materials vary by sofa. Check the compatible-sofa list for each swatch or use the sofa filter. If the sofa you are considering is not listed, ask us before ordering samples.
